Information and Rules on Bidding
The following rules and procedures apply to the sale of the property of Weber Credit Union. Your bid will be subject to these rules and procedures:
1. All bids are cash bids. Credit Union members may arrange for loans contingent on being the successful bidder, prior to the submission of the bid.
2. Weber Credit Union reserves the right to accept or reject any bids at their discretion.
3. The bidder warrants and represents that he/she has inspected the property.
4. No warranties or representation, expressed or implied, apply to the property. The property is sold "As Is." The bidder assumes the risk of any defects or problems with the property.
5. Bids will be accepted until the date stated by the Credit Union. The amount of the bid must be delivered to the Credit Union within 48 hours of the date the bid was accepted.
6. Submit a Property Sale Bid Form to Weber Credit Union, attn. Collections Department by:
