Home Equity Loans

Whether you're thinking of remodeling your existing house or would like to use the equity in your home to pay down credit card debt or take that vacation you've always dreamed of, >Wasatch Peaks Credit Union has the home equity loan for you. We offer variable-rate Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), with no closing costs, for up to 80% of your home's appraised value (less any other mortgages).

 

We also offer Balloon Mortgages with terms up to 30 years. Balloon Mortgages have a five-year rate adjustment.
